Planirani predmet nabave je modernizacija sustava za obračun električne energije na prijenosnoj elektroenergetskoj mreži (E-Obračun) uz implementaciju naprednog sustava za upravljanje kvalitetom podataka.
E-Obračun je sustav za unos i pohranu matičnih podataka u registar svih obračunskih mjernih mjesta u nadležnosti HOPS-a od strane vlasnika podataka koji iste i autoriziraju u podržanim obračunskim poslovnim procesima HOPS-a, te povijesno praćenje tih podataka, a u skladu s važećom zakonskom regulativom za tržište električne energije.
