Overview
Die zu erbringende Leistung umfasst die Konstruktion, Auslegung, Materialbeschaffung, Herstellung und Lieferung einer gebrauchsfertigen Werkzeugform für eine Heißpresse zur Herstellung von C-Spanten aus CFK-Organoblech mit LM-PAEK-Matrix im Thermoformverfahren. Die Werkzeugform muss auf einer am Zentrum für Leichtbauproduktionstechnologie (ZLP) des Deutschen Zentrums für Luft- und Raumfahrt e.V. (DLR) in Augsburg betriebenen hydraulischen Heißpresse inklusive Anlagenperipherie (Infrarotheizfeld, Transfersystem) betrieben werden können und die in diesem Dokument spezifizierten Anforderungen erfüllen.
