Overview
Zur Aufrechterhaltung und Erweiterung der Posteingangsverarbeitung (Tagespost) und zur Digitalisierung von Dokumenten aus analogen Formaten (z.B. Personalakten, Altakten etc.) sollen veraltete Produktionsscanner ersetzt oder nach Bedarf neue zum Einsatz kommen. Es handelt sich folglich auch um eine systemergänzende Beschaffung.
Ziel dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist die Bereitstellung von Produktionsscannern des Typs imageFORMULAR DR-G2140 inkl. Imprinter der Firma Canon analog zu den bereits im Einsatz befindlichen Geräten sowie den benötigen Service zur Wartung, Reparatur und Instandhaltung als auch die Bereitstellung von Verbrauchsmaterial wie Tintenpatronen und Reinigungsmaterial.
