Rückbauten bestehender Sanitärinstallationen, Ersatz bestehender Sanitärinstallationen, Anpassungsarbeiten bestehender Sanitärinstallationen und komplette Neuinstallation für die Laborfläche mit separaten Zuleitungen von der Sanitärzentrale im 3UG ins Labor vom 1.UG. Umnutzung und Realisierung während laufendem Spitalbetrieb.
Umbau von fünf Nasszellen in Bürobereich in separater Bauetappe.
