Die Halle wird erhöht und bekommt neue Kranbahnen. Die angebauten Büro-, Lager- und Sanitärflächen werden durch Aufstockungen erweitert und die bestehenden Räume grundlegend saniert. Die Maßnahme wird in drei Bauabschnitten durchgeführt, welche alle zusammen vergeben werden und Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung sind.
