Der Landkreis Unterallgäu ist Eigentümer der Grundstücke Flur-Nrn. 148/25, 149/8 und 149/10 der Gemarkung Wolfertschwenden und des darauf befindlichen Wertstoffhofes. Dieser soll abgebrochen und durch einen Neubau unter Einbeziehung des Grundstücks Flur-Nr. 148/25 der Gemarkung Wolfertschwenden ersetzt werden (Genehmigungsplanung bis Ende 2025; Baubeginn 2026; Fertigstellung Ende 2027). Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die fachgebietsübergreifende Gesamtplanung des Vorhabens.
