Schwimmverein Bamberg e.V. procured planning and project management services for a model project converting its public swimming facility to CO2-neutral energy supply, with the goal of transforming the entire site into an energy campus supported by national climate protection and federal EU funding. The contract was awarded on 30 April 2026 to a consortium comprising BUILD.ING Consultants + Innovators GmbH, Dürr+Schwarz Baustatik GmbH, Hirt Architekten, and Planungsbüro Käppel Elektrotechnik GmbH for structural, building systems, and electrical planning as well as project management.
