Overview
Im Rahmen der Verkehrssicherungspflicht des Landes Berlin und der
Gefahrenabwehr hat der Auftragnehmer (AN) eine jährliche Bauwerksüberwachung der
ufernahen Sicherungsbauwerke an den Gewässern 1. Ordnung durchzuführen. Es handelt
sich um Bauwerke, die in der Unterhaltungspflicht der Senatsverwaltung für Mobilität, Verkehr,
Klimaschutz und Umwelt (AG) liegen. Dazu gehören z.B. Uferwände, Ufermauern und
Schrägufer mit jeweils deren Ausstattungen.
