Автомобилите трябва да са серийно производство с дата на производство не по-рано от една година от датата на подписване на договора за доставка. От маркировката на гумите (DOT), да е видно че те са произведени до 18 (осемнадесет) месеца, преди доставката на автомобилите. Описанието, техническите характеристики и изискванията са посочени подробно в Техническо задание (ТЗ) № 24.П.ТЗ.441 и в приложение № 1 към ТЗ - Техническа спецификация.
