Předmětem Soutěže je získat nejvhodnější návrh rekonstrukce a stavebních úprav historického objektu Českého domu ve Frýdku-Místku pro novou funkci Střediska volného času a jeho napojení na nejbližší okolí. Kromě citlivé obnovy historické části se očekává tvůrčí práce s prostorovým řešením a případnou novou přístavbou pro zajištění dostatečných kapacit a vhodných návazností provozu. Součástí návrhu bude i zapojení Českého domu do sousedícího parku a jeho dopravní obslužnost.
