Exploitation commerciale et technique du Train du Montenvers

The Département de la Haute-Savoie awarded a concession contract worth €294.31 million to Régie départementale du Train du Montenvers on 8 December 2025 for the commercial and technical operation of the Montenvers train. The concessionaire must operate the public passenger transport service, manage transport police, maintain all equipment and installations in perfect working condition, and carry out major maintenance and renewal of facilities while ensuring safety and comfort throughout the season, with authorization to finance investments in the infrastructure.
