Overview
Auftragsgegenstand sind umfassende Konferenzdienstleistungen, um die Beteiligung der Bundesrepublik Deutschland im Rahmen der jährlichen internationalen Klimaverhandlungen (COPs) organisatorisch, technisch und gestalterisch zu realisieren. Hierzu gehören insbesondere:
- die Konzeption, Planung, Umsetzung und Betreuung des deutschen Pavillons auf den COPs (physisch sowie digital),
- die Produktion von Veranstaltungen vor Ort und online,
- die Bereitstellung einer Eventplattform, Website und von Kommunikationsmitteln,
- die technische und organisatorische Leitung sowie Betreuung vor Ort,
- die Umsetzung von Nachhaltigkeits- und Sicherheitsvorgaben.
