Die vorliegende Ausschreibung umfasst die Kontrolle sowie die Sanierung der bestehenden
Fassadenoberflächen (Verputze, Beton gestrichen, Holzfassaden, inkl. Fenstergesimse, Metallfenster)
am denkmalgeschützten Objekt. Sämtliche Oberflächen werden entweder gereinigt oder z.T. bis auf
die Tragstruktur abgetragen und wieder neu aufgebaut. Sämtliche Oberflächen (Verputz, Beton, Metall, Holz) werden mit unterschiedlichen Farbaufbauten wieder neu gestrichen.
