The City of Ebersberg has awarded a contract to BayernGrund Grundstücksbeschaffungs- und -erschließungs GmbH for approximately €399,979 to assume the role of project developer (Bauherrschaft) and handle financing for the construction of 12 townhouses and a residential condominium complex with 8–12 units on unbuilt plots in the Friedenseiche VIII development area. The development will include infrastructure work and construction up to a shell-and-core state, allowing future owners to complete interior finishes themselves, with estimated total project costs of approximately €8.5 million net.
