The scope includes assessment of project compliance with construction requirements under Bulgarian law, structural and energy efficiency evaluations where applicable, construction supervision including material approval and process verification, safety coordination, document control, technical file preparation, project acceptance procedures, and use permission documentation including technical building passports.
