Se pretende sensibilizar a la ciudadanía sobre la situación de vulnerabilidad y exclusión social en la que se encuentra determinados colectivos y sectores de población, en orden a promover actitudes y actuaciones que lleven a mejorar las condiciones y la calidad de vida de los grupos más vulnerables y ello también con la finalidad de construir un modelo de ciudad abierta y respetuosa con la pluralidad, facilitando la integración de la población y fomentando la igualdad de toda la ciudadanía.
