Architect Led Multi Disciplinary Team for Consultancy Services Delivery of Four NZEB Concept Design Manufacturing Buildings #2

IDA Ireland awarded 6a architects a contract worth €200,000 on 10 March 2026 to deliver architect-led multidisciplinary consultancy services for the design of four nearly-zero-energy buildings (NZEB) concept manufacturing facilities. Each building is to have a gross floor area of 30,000–50,000 square feet and be designed to accommodate future extension up to 50 percent of its original size, with full compliance to Irish Building Regulations Part L, the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive, and IDA Ireland's Climate Action Plan.
