Przebudowa i rozbudowa Szkoły Podstawowej w Kosakowie wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą

Gmina Kosakowo has awarded BUDMAR ŻELBET Sp. z o.o. a contract worth 23,572,950.02 PLN on 31 March 2026 for the reconstruction and expansion of Szkoła Podstawowa in Kosakowo. The scope includes a new four-storey building wing connected to the existing school, renovation of existing facilities, construction of a new parking area with stormwater infrastructure, external lighting, furniture and equipment for classrooms, electrical and bell system installations, and demolition of existing underground and surface infrastructure. The project encompasses interior refurbishment of existing school areas, site remediation, utility maintenance, technical supervision, staff training, and asset installation across the entire facility.
