Operational and consultancy support for ELA's Information and Services activities

Open procedure in two lots; in lot 1 for consultancy services counting on specific external expertise related to information on labour mobility provision, enhancement of user experience, provision of direct support for the preparation and implementation of website revamps to Member States and similar; in lot 2 for standard consultancy services for feasibility studies, option appraisals, evaluations and assessments, and provision of a comprehensive, nuanced examination of the chosen topic/segment of interest. In addition to and following up on the study conclusions, the contractor(s) might be required to apply the findings by implementing the pilot projects developing new services and/or tools.
