Overview
Im Rahmen eines europaweiten VgV-Verfahrens mit vorgeschaltetem Teilnahmewettbewerb wird ein Projektsteuerer zur Erbringung der Projektsteuerung gem. AHO, Heft Nr. 9 §§ 2 ff. für den Neubau des Ellbachzentrums in Niederzier gesucht.
In Stufe 1 werden die Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 vergeben.
Als optionale Leistungen - unter Vorbehalt der zeitlichen und wirtschaftlichen Realisierbarkeit, gem. dem Vertragsmuster - werden in Stufe 2 die Leistungsphasen 4 und 5 beauftragt. In Stufe 3 die Leistungsphasen 6 bis 8.
