MPI für Intelligente Systeme, Neubau Cyber Valley: Elektroinstallation

The Max-Planck-Gesellschaft awarded electrical installation work for the new Cyber Valley building at the MPI für Intelligente Systeme to F&E Elektroanlagen GmbH on 12 May 2026. The scope comprises approximately 58 sub-distribution units, 1,700 m of cable tray systems, 3,500 m of energy cables, 1,500 installation devices, 670 lighting fixtures with emergency lighting, 9,000 m of fiber optic and 80,000 m of copper data cables, 17 network racks, 12 server racks, and a 65 kWp photovoltaic system, with mandatory product specifications for Janitza energy metering, Inotec emergency lighting, and Laser2000 laboratory safety systems to extend existing campus infrastructure.
