Predmet nabave je nabava usluga vanjskih laboratorija za potrebe Centra za sjemenarstvo i rasadničarstvo i Centra za vinogradarstvo, vinarstvo i uljarstvo, ustrojstvenih jedinica Hrvatske agencije za poljoprivredu i hranu, u skladu s Troškovnikom - tehničkom specifikacijom (Prilog III) za svaku grupu predmeta nabave i cjelokupnom Dokumentacijom o nabavi, u kojima su naznačeni naziv, količina te ostali uvjeti potrebni za sastavljanje ponude.
