The service scope includes routine bin collection, emergency emptying within two hours of notification, placement and maintenance of aesthetic bins (60–240 litre capacity), systematic washing, removal of damaged bins, repairs within five working days, and renovation of bins on request within 42 days, with all work performed to prevent spillage and environmental damage.
