Overview
Die Landwirtschaftskammer Niedersachsen beabsichtigt, den Tarifbeschäftigten und Beamten durch Entgeltumwandlung das Dienstradleasing anzubieten. Die Grundlage hierfür bilden der Tarifvertrag im öffentlichen Dienst der Länder zur Entgeltumwandlung zum Fahrrad-Leasing sowie das Niedersächsische Besoldungsgesetz.
Es handelt sich um die Wiederholung der Angebotsphase des Verfahrens 2024/340 nach erfolgter Rückversetzung in den Stand vor Angebotsabgabe.
