Overview
Turun Satamalla on käynnissä Ferry Terminal Turku (FTT) -hanke, jonka keskeisenä tavoitteena on säilyttää satama houkuttelevana laivaliikenteen tukikohtana myös pitkälle tulevaisuuteen kehittämällä satama-aluetta rakentamalla uusi matkustajaterminaali sekä modernisoimalla laitureita ja toteuttamalla laajoja liikenne- ja pysäköintijärjestelyjen uudistuksia.
Hankinnan kohteena ovat uuden terminaalirakennuksen LVIA-työt (sis. sprinklerit) tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoista ilmenevässä laajuudessa.
Yhteisterminaalin LVIA-töiden urakka on alisteinen sivu-urakka rakennusteknisten töiden urakalle.
