The service, awarded to BoNed OOD on 7 July 2026 for 2,500 EUR, includes overseeing compliance with the investment project during construction, issuing instructions and directives, and participating in construction protocols and facility commissioning. The procurement was conducted through direct negotiation due to exclusive intellectual property rights held by the project author.
