Overview
Vergeben wird das Recht zur Nutzung des öffentlichen Grundes (Kiesplatz Schützenmatt, GS Nr. 205, Fläche ca. 300 m2 ohne Berücksichtigung des öffentlichen Durchgangsweges) für den Betrieb einer saisonalen Buvette für die Jahre 2027 bis 2031. Die Nutzung wird im Rahmen einer Sondernutzungskonzession vergeben. Die Sondernutzungskonzession berechtigt jeweils zum Betrieb der Buvette in der Zeit vom 1. April bis 31. Oktober.
Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Auswahl einer Betreiberin/eines Betreibers für den Buvettenstandplatz "Kiesplatz Schützenmatt ".
