Państwowe Gospodarstwo Wodne Wody Polskie awarded the modernization of the left-bank flood embankment of the Warta River from Modlica to Białobrzeg (km 0+000 to km 8+800) in Pyzdry municipality to a joint venture of HZBUD Sp. z o.o. and HZBUDINVEST Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością i Wspólnicy for 6.78 million PLN. The work involves reconstruction of approximately 1,010 meters of the existing flood defense embankment, including reinforcement of the road crossing with lattice panels and installation of a reinforced concrete culvert with return flaps to protect an area of 9.12 km² from large water events on the Warta River.
