The Bodenseekreis and City of Friedrichshafen have awarded support measures to AMEOS Krankenhausgesellschaft Friedrichshafen mbH for the acquisition and restructuring of Klinikum Friedrichshafen following the insolvency of Klinikum Friedrichshafen GmbH and Klinik Tettnang GmbH. Support includes time-limited financial aid (less than six years) and assumption of a guarantor role to maintain participation in the KVBW supplementary pension scheme. The measures aim to ensure continued adequate hospital care for the population in the Bodenseekreis region.
