Das Universitätsspital Zürich (USZ) plant eine Gesamterneuerung des Kernareals. Diese Neuorganisation erfolgt während laufendem Spitalbetrieb und wird in verschiedenen Etappen umgesetzt. Das Projekt Campus MITTE1|2 (CM1|2) ist die erste Etappe der tiefgreifenden baulichen Gesamterneuerung des USZ.
