The Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Bulgaria procured a 24-month subscription service for data transmission via dark fibre to establish and maintain network connectivity between its data centres, the Supreme Cassation Prosecutor's Office, the General Prosecutor's Administration, and the National Investigation Service. The contract was awarded to Vivacom Bulgaria EAD on 18 May 2026 for 58,778.11 EUR, with requirements for ISO 27001 information security certification and compliance with ITU-T standards for single-mode fibre and passive optical components.
