Kyseistä huoltopalvelua voi toteuttaa ainoastaan Agilent Technologies Oy laitteiden ainoana toimittajana. Vain Agilent Technologies Oy:n kouluttama huoltohenkilöstö pystyy tekemään kyseisten laitteiden huoltotyötä.
