Overview
Der UPlaNS-Abschnitt N13, Oberriet - St. Margrethen (km 172.800–km 188.400 der N13) wurde im Jahr 1964 als zweispurige Autostrasse in Betrieb genommen. Bis im Jahr 2002 erfolgte in mehreren Etappen der Vollausbau zu einer vierspurigen Autobahn. Aufgrund des fortgeschrittenen Alters der Fahrbahn und der diversen Kunstbauten wurde für diesen Abschnitt ein Erhaltungsprojekt gestartet. Die vorliegende Beschaffung beinhaltet die Leistungen des Fachmandats Akustik für das Erhaltungs-/Massnahmenkonzept (EK/MK) und anschliessend die akustische Begleitung bis zum Ausführungsprojekt (AP).
