Overview
Gegenstand der ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist die jeweilige Prüfung der handelsrechtlichen Jahresabschlüsse und Lageberichte der unter Nr. 1 genannten Tochtergesellschaften der BG BAU für die Geschäftsjahre 2025 und 2026 gemäß §§ 316, 317 HGB i.V.m. § 53 HGrG. Der Vertrag kann optional um die Leistungen für die Geschäftsjahre 2027 und 2028 erweitert werden. Optional ist für alle Gesellschaften die Prüferische Durchsicht der Nachhaltigkeitsberichtserstattung gemäß Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) zu erbringen; diese wird im Bedarfsfall durch den Auftraggeber abgerufen.
