Przedmiotem zamówienia jest usługa polegająca na udzieleniu i obsłudze długoterminowego kredytu bankowego w kwocie 2 700 000,00 zł na sfinansowanie planowanego deficytu budżetu Gminy Wizna w 2025 roku oraz spłatę wcześniej zaciągniętych zobowiązań. Oprocentowanie zmienne, oparte na stawce referencyjnej WIBOR 3M powiększonej o stałą marżę banku. Zabezpieczeniem jest weksel in blanco z deklaracją wekslową.
