Vyvolávací systém objednávateľa je tvorený centrálnym systémom, ktorý riadi 1 až 43 pobočkových vyvolávacích systémov, v ktorých je zakomponovaná centralizovaná správa obsahu.
Predmetom plnenia je dodávka a inštalácia SW a HW komponentov vyvolávacieho systému s centralizovanou správou obsahu, vrátane všetkých potrebných licencií.
HW pre centrálny server bude poskytnutý objednávateľom.
Nevyhnutnou súčasťou diela, t.j. centrálneho systému a pobočkového vyvolávacieho systému vrátane centralizovanej správy obsahu je jeho dokumentácia, ktorá je tvorená prevádzkovou a používateľskou dokumentáciou.
