The City of Oranienburg has awarded a contract to SVA System Vertrieb Alexander GmbH for 818,353.27 EUR to supply and set up seven servers across three lots: three Citrix Xen servers with migration of the existing Citrix terminal server environment to support 400 users; one Nutanix server node to replace existing infrastructure and migrate from VMware ESX to Nutanix AHV hypervisor; and three CommVault backup servers with a new tape library to replace aging backup infrastructure. The project includes installation, configuration, migration of virtual machines and applications, testing, and handover with acceptance protocols.
