Vergabe von Planungsleistungen für den Umbau einer Schule zur KiTa Fachplanung Bereich Freianlagen (§§38-40 HOAI)

The city of Lahr has awarded a contract to Freiraumwerkstadt Deißler Göpel Landschaftsarchitekten for €130,745.93 for landscape planning services (outdoor facilities design) related to the conversion of the former Reichenbach school into a kindergarten facility. The project involves comprehensive renovation of the school building to accommodate five childcare groups (three for ages 3+, two for under 3), with new internal spaces including group rooms, sleeping areas, movement room, kitchen and bistro, plus a new annex for barrier-free access and emergency egress, along with updated building systems and new windows.
