Planungsleistungen Brandschutz für: Modernisierung und Umstrukturierung des tbz Paderborn

Ingenieurbüro Andreas + Brück GmbH has been awarded the contract for fire safety planning services for the modernization and restructuring of the Technology and Vocational Training Centre (tbz) Paderborn, comprising renovation of buildings B, D, and E (approximately 10,300 m² gross floor area) and new construction of building C (approximately 1,954 m² gross floor area). The project, with estimated total costs of €33.55 million (projected to 2028), is funded through federal (60%), state (20%), and GRW funds (10%), with 10% institutional co-financing, and all deliverables must be submitted by 1 April 2027 in compliance with German building energy standards and federal subsidy guidelines.
