Overview
Der Planungsauftrag für die Tragwerksplanung wird in zwei unabhängige Teilbereiche aufgeteilt:
1. Interimsweise Unterbringung der Flussmeisterstelle auf zwei benachbarten Grundstücken mit einer Gesamtgröße von knapp 7 800 m2 und unter den Gesichtspunkten des Hochwasserschutzes.
2. Planung und Umsetzung (LP 1-6) für den Neubau der Flussmeisterstelle auf dem Gelände der bestehenden Anlage. Der Neubau besteht aus zwei unabhängigen Baukörpern. Ein Verwaltungsgebäude mit zwei Vollgeschossen im Passivhausstandard (EGB 40 Standard) sowie ein Werkstatt- und Garagengebäude. Ausführung in Holz- oder Holzhybridbauweise. Neuauslegung des Hochwasserschutzes auf HQextrem.
