Justificarea achizitiei: avand in vedere regimul de functionare al ambulantelor, sunt imperios necesare serviciile de reparare si intretinere pentru autosanitarele aflate in dotarea Serviciului de Ambulanta Judetean Vrancea, pentru realizarea obiectivului specific de activitate si anume asigurarea medicinei de urgenta prespitaliceasca.
