Servicii de suport tehnic asupra soluției existente la ora actuală în Geoportalul INSPIRE APIA-MADR, de dezvoltare de aplicații, de consultanță și asistență tehnică specializată privind Geoportalul INSPIRE-MADR-APIA 2025

The Payment and Intervention Agency for Agriculture (APIA) awarded a framework agreement to ESRI ROMANIA on 30 April 2026 for technical support, application development, and specialized consulting services for the INSPIRE Geoportal, with an award value of 640,560 RON against an estimated budget of 1,156,800 RON. The scope includes technical support for the existing INSPIRE APIA-MADR solution, development of new functionalities in line with legislative changes, and consulting services for incident management and GIS platform relocation to the Government Private Cloud. The framework agreement, estimated to run from March 2026 to March 2030, will govern subsequent contracts based on unit rates for development services (per man-hour) and support/consulting services (monthly rates).
