Affaire 24V014 - Concours restreint de maîtrise d’œuvre pour la rénovation du Musée des Beaux-Arts de la Ville de Chartres

The City of Chartres has awarded a restricted design competition (Esquisse+ level) for the architectural and engineering services to oversee the complete renovation of the Beaux-Arts Museum, a 4,200 m² building located at 29 Cloître Notre Dame. The scope includes comprehensive building renovation, redesign of the museum's exhibition pathway, improved accessibility and reception areas, potential extension to the adjacent Episcopal Palace (up to 300 m² maximum), reconfiguration of the scenographic layout, outdoor space improvements, staff and collection management facilities, and adaptation to current environmental standards. LYMPIA ARCHITECTURE was awarded the contract on 25 June 2026.
