Overview
La mission consiste à accompagner la Samoa et sa maîtrise d'oeuvre dans sa stratégie de gestion des sols et de valorisation des déblais en dégageant une vision de l'ensemble des enjeux liés au sol et notamment pollutions, géotechnique, perméabilité, agropédologie, biodiversité. L'accord-cadre prévoit donc la réalisation de prestations d'études, sondages, essais en laboratoire, analyses de risques, et de conseils, réparties par expertises au sein de 3 lots :
Gestion des sites et sols pollués, Géotechnique et Agropédologie, sols fertiles et renaturation.
