Teilmodernisierungen im Rahmen der Klimastrategie im bewohnten Zustand durchzuführen.
Die vier WHGs bestehen aus insgesamt vier Gebäudekomplexen mit 18 Aufgängen, 156 Wohneinheiten mit ca. 10.611 m² Nutzfläche. Die Gebäude stehen nicht unter Denkmalschutz und liegen in keinem sozialen Erhaltungsgebiet.
