Municipality of Opan procured the delivery of net active electrical energy at medium/low voltage for its facilities from a licensed energy supplier and standard balancing group coordinator, including full information flow administration with the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission and assumption of imbalance costs. The contract was awarded on 19 June 2026 to SYNERGON ENERGY OOD at a unit price of 5.39 EUR. The scope includes energy supply, network access and transmission services, balancing responsibility, consumption forecasting, and installation of remote monitoring systems at up to three selected facilities.
