Facility on Justice in Conflict and Transition III

The purpose of this service contract is to enable the EU to support third countries partners on constitutional building and transitional justice. It builds on the experience and lessons learned of two previous phases of the Facility in Justice and Transition which implemented assignments in support of justice in conflict and transition worldwide. This will be primarily achieved through the provision of short-term policy and technical support in transitional justice and constitution building. Furthermore, the action is expected to provide analysis, research, knowledge management products, sensitization, training, or communication material, among others.
