Prin prezenta documentatie se doreste achizitia reactivilor destinati activitatii din Laboratorul de analize medicale, din cadrul Spitalului Municipal Medias .
Prezenta procedura este initiata pentru reactivii compatibili pentru aparatele Labureader Plus, Labumat2-Urised 3PRO,SD Biosensor F200, Vitek 2 Compact, BactAlert 3D 120, Vidas PC, HLC-723GX aflate in dotarea Spitalului Municipal Medias .
Se va incheia acord-cadru pentru o perioada de 24 luni.
Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar si complet tuturor solicitarilor de clarificare/informatiilor suplimentare in a 11 - a zi inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor.
Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari, inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor este de 20.
