Moinesti Municipal Emergency Hospital has awarded a contract worth 1,894,582 RON to ARLECHIN TOTAL DISTRIBUTION and TARA INTERACTIVE for implementing and/or improving clinical and non-clinical software and interoperability systems, including staff training. The project, funded through PNRR under the digital transformation of healthcare component, involves deploying an integrated healthcare information system covering patient records, appointments, treatments, document management, pharmacy, human resources, and integration with national health platforms. The procurement is complete as of May 2026.
