Overview
Das Medizinische Zentrum für Gesundheit Bad Lippspringe GmbH (MZG) plant die energetische Sanierung der Klinik Martinusquelle mit Thermalschwimmbad und Sporthalle. Die Klinik Martinusquelle wird während der gesamten Umbauphase voll in Betrieb und alle Patienten weiterhin vor Ort sein. Die Sanierung erfolgt abschnittsweise. Die Gebäudeteile, die von der Sanierung betroffen sind, werden im Rahmen der Projektrealisierung leer gezogen und können dann in einem Zug saniert werden. Die Bauleistungen werden vorläufig mit 8,62 Mio. EUR netto veranschlagt. Die anrechenbaren Kosten (netto) für die hier angefragten Leistungen werden in der Leistungsbeschreibung (Teil B) gesondert ausgewiesen.
